This location rocks! I loved the freebies in the lobby, think tea, razors, and toothbrushes all up for grabs. The laundry cost me only 500 yen, and a wash was super easy. I was able to check in really quick and get going. the staff looked after my bags, bonus!

The air con system resets every time I leaves the room, I hate that.

I noticed a vending machine with beer and sodas right on site. That is so convenient. I saw an amazing Japanese restaurant nearby which served breakfast, what a treat.

The location sits in a quiet street in Ginza. It is the best. I noticed it was a five minute walk to two major metro lines. Everything is accessible. Access to airports is simple, and walking to the station is quick.

the location IS great. IT is near many stations and also close to the Ginza area. The hotel provides good amenities and the staff are kind. There is also a hair straighter available .

the wifi was not stable. it disconnected often, so it was hard to use. the air conditioner leaked water when turned on and the draft was bad. the pajama pants were too short to use.

the staff was nice. location was near everything i wanted to see. a money changer exist in the reception, it was convenient. the laundry area are a great plus for me.

the room felt a lot smaller in person and it was tricky with luggage. the bedding was pretty average, its two tiny pillows was very uncomfortable. the room was super hot, no matter what i tried with the air conditioning unit. i woke up very hot every morning.
